Which is funny because apparently the ideal weight for my height is about 8 stone 7 - not sure how I can achieve that without losing limbs... I'm now at the stage where riding more doesn't help. I got down to 9.5 stone once but it took being ill! Currently trying to stay below 10.5 stone! So good luck!
